Shipping policy
1. Coverage
1.1. Hong Kong (through SF Express);
1.1.1. Direct Delivery to Office / Home;
1.1.2. SF Express Store pickup;
1.1.3. SF Express EF Locker pickup;
1.1.4. SF Express Business Station pickup;
1.1.5. Circle K Store pickup; or
1.1.6. 7-11 Store pickup.
1.2. Macau (through SF Express):
1.2.1. Direct Delivery to Office / Home; or
1.2.2. Pickup at SF Express Business Station, SF Express EF Locker, Circle K Store, 7-11 Store. (Menu selection for the SF Macau pickup points is not supported. Yet, customers can still copy the Macau pickup point address from the SF Express website as the order delivery address.
1.3. Post office box and logistic warehouse addresses are not accepted; and
1.4. Only one shipping address will be accepted for each order.
2. Delivery Charge
2.1. Purchases over $499, enjoy free delivery in Hong Kong and Macau
2.2. For orders less than $499, shipping to Hong Kong will charge HKD$30 delivery charge, and shipping to Macau will charge HKD$34 delivery charge.
2.3. Free shipping does not include additional costs incurred due to clauses 5.2 to 5.7 of the Terms and Conditions.
3. Delivery Time
3.1. Except for the reasons stated in clause 5.1 of the Terms and Conditions and other exceptional circumstances, we will process the order on the next working day after receiving the order and arrange delivery from Monday to Friday.
3.2. Under normal circumstances, the customer will receive the order within one to two weeks.
3.3. Some pickup points may have an inventory limit. In case of inventory full, the arrival time may be delayed. For inquiries, please contact the third-party delivery contractor directly.
4. Logistics and tracking
4.1. After the order is packaged and delivery is arranged, the customer will receive an email delivery confirmation notification. The email contains order information and package tracking number. If necessary, please contact the third-party delivery contractor to track the delivery.
4.2. After the order is arranged for delivery, if the customer has any special logistics requirements, the customer is required to contact the third-party delivery contractor directly and may need to bear additional costs.

5. We reserve the right to terminate or vary the above arrangements from time to time without providing any prior notification. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
