After subscribing to the program, the logistic company will send out to you a gut test kit within 7 days with which you will provide the stool sample. Afterwards, the logistics company will collect the sample within 3 days upon request and send it directly to our partnering laboratory. The laboratory will build a full genome library through extracting the sample's DNA then sequence it. After 4 to 6 weeks, the laboratory issues a report to us where we will further analyze with our artificial intelligence model and provide you with a detailed report, personalized probiotics, and 1-on-1 consultation with our nutritionist.

Upon completion of your online payment, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message confirming your order in 2 to 5 days. Then, our warehouse will be instructed to prepare your products for delivery and send out in 3 days upon confirmation. Upon receipt, the customer shall make double check and sign on the delivery note. The customer shall report any discrepancy to us, if any, before 15:00 on the following day after delivery is received.

If you want to cancel your order before you recieve them, you may do so before the test kit is delivered for a 10% service fee charged. 50% of the order cost will be charged instead if cancellation is done after the test kit is sent out from the warehouse. As for refunds, unless otherwise stated, any return or exchange of products is subject to our “Goods Return and Exchange Terms and Conditions”. Customers have to bring along the original delivery note and receipt of purchase within 10 days from the delivery date to request for return or exchange for any special reason and we will follow up the request as soon as possible.

If you decide not to renew your subscription before the upcoming month, all benefits of the next month will not be continued and your subscription plan will discontinue after the current month. If you decide to renew your plan after cancellation, you will have to start from the first month of our plan.

Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible for the delivery service. If the delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, we may reschedule the delivery and/or charge any extra costs arising therefrom. We shall not be liable for such delivery failure. If you would like to modify your order prior to delivery, a 10% administrative fee will be charged.

With our well-designed packaging and stool sample collection kit, this situation is unlikely. However, in the unlikely event that the stool sample is compromised or if the kit is damanged, you are entitled to our standard return and exchange policy: we will send you another test kit for free or you are allowed to cancel your subscription. Upon receipt of the product, the customer or the recipient shall inspect and confirm the contents and conditions of the product and sign on the delivery note to acknowledge receipt. The customer shall report any discrepancy to us by 15:00 on the following day after delivery is received.
